CECA offers risk consultancy and advice services, dealing with the possible needs of clients in terms of organization, measurement and management of risks. These services are grouped in the following sections:

Risk strategies and models

CECA develops projects and defines and creates new products and services, which provide entities with tools to improve their credit risk management practices. It also prepares tools for credit decision-making for all business sectors (Retail, Companies, Real Estate Developers, etc.), as well as severity models in losses per guarantee type.

Comprehensive risk management

It defines and implements plans and developments necessary for the convergence of the entities with the equity requirements according to BIS II, the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) and the applicable Spanish legislation, covering all risk types. It also defines, implements and maintains a Risk Information System in accordance with requirements of BIS II and Profitability– Risk models (RAROC) for portfolio management and pricing, as well as for the periodic updating of parameters.
